Terms of Service

Service Scope
LactateLab provides training and lactate-analysis tools for individual users. Connected third-party providers are optional integrations.
Strava Integration Terms
If you connect Strava, you authorize LactateLab to import data covered by the granted Strava scopes for your personal in-app use. If you explicitly use Strava write-back controls, you also authorize LactateLab to send the generated workout name and generated description shown in LactateLab to the linked Strava activity covered by the granted write scope.
Strava remains the source of truth for Strava-origin activity content. You can still make changes directly in Strava; LactateLab writes only the generated name/description fields after an explicit in-app action.
Disconnect and Revocation
You may disconnect Strava at any time from Settings. You may also revoke LactateLab from your Strava app settings. Both actions stop ongoing Strava access by removing the local Strava token and connected identity. Disconnecting or revoking Strava does not automatically delete Strava-imported workouts that already exist in LactateLab.
Provider Imported Activity Deletion
For Strava and Intervals.icu, imported activity deletion is separate from provider disconnect. After a provider is disconnected, you may request deletion of that provider's imported activities where LactateLab exposes that control, or by contacting support if the control is not available in the current product surface.
Provider imported activity deletion is processed asynchronously by a provider-scoped and user-scoped cleanup job. The cleanup is intended to remove imported provider workouts and import-source records in scope without deleting unrelated manual workouts, another user's workouts, or lactate measurements.
No Misrepresentation
LactateLab does not claim affiliation with Strava beyond the authorized API integration. The application provides only limited outbound Strava write-back for explicitly sending generated workout name/description text to a linked activity when permissions allow it.
